Shipping Time frame
Orders are shipped twice a week. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on when your order is placed, your location, and product availability. If your requested candle is not currently in stock, please allow an additional 3 business days for the candle to be handcrafted prior to shipment.

International Shipping
Yes, we do offer international shipping. While shipping costs may be higher for international orders, Wild Minds Studio provides discounted shipping rates to help offset these costs.

Return Policy
Our candles are delicate, and many of the containers are made of glass. If your candle container is damaged during shipment, please contact us, and we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.

Please note that crystals may come loose during shipping. Although we take great care in wrapping and protecting your items, any loose crystals can easily be repositioned in the wax by gently heating the top layer with a hair dryer. Refunds or store credit are not provided for loose crystals.

Wild Minds Studio is dedicated to using natural ingredients and materials in all of our products. Please be mindful of any allergies or sensitivities you may have before using our candles. Refunds for allergy-related issues are generally not provided, though exceptions may be made at our discretion.
